Healthy family meals

Hi everyone, I am going shopping in a couple of hours and wondered if anyone had any healthy dinner time meals that my children and partner would also enjoy also?

    yup!
    last week I made a pineapple stir fry
    - fry some onion, garlic and ginger with a bit of water (you don't need oil)
    - add red and/or green pepper chunks, zucchini chunks, and mushrooms
    - when they are almost done, add bok choy (or kale, spinach, or other greens)
    - last add one pineapple chopped

    serve with rice

    I'm vegetarian, so I could add tofu or beans, you could also add chicken or shrimp
