Help!! Scales are stuck!!!!

Well, it looks like I have hit a wall!! I've got 20 lbs. left to go and I'm stuck!! I thought maybe it was partly the holidays, and maybe it was but the scale just isn't moving. I keep losing/gaining the same 2 -4 pounds. I'm trying to change my workout a little. I've been doing Zumba 4 days a week, but now 3 days, plus going to the gym 2 days. Anybody got any suggestions, please!!!!!! My calorie intake is 1280/day and I drink at least a gallon of water each day!

Do pure weight lifting on those two gym days.

Thanks for the tip. I just started using the weights and I also raised my daily calorie intake - Let's see what happens!0

I understand how you feel, I've been doing my recommended diet and exercise and have not lost one pound for 2 weeks? I'm getting frustrated and are very disappointing. I understand this is a lifestyle change and have to be patient. I do not want to quit as I usually do thinking why bother? Need HELP too !!!0
