Help!! Scales are stuck!!!!

Well, it looks like I have hit a wall!! I've got 20 lbs. left to go and I'm stuck!! I thought maybe it was partly the holidays, and maybe it was but the scale just isn't moving. I keep losing/gaining the same 2 -4 pounds. I'm trying to change my workout a little. I've been doing Zumba 4 days a week, but now 3 days, plus going to the gym 2 days. Anybody got any suggestions, please!!!!!! My calorie intake is 1280/day and I drink at least a gallon of water each day!
