I, like many others, am starting out 2013 with efforts to lose weight. I'm hoping to lose about 20 lbs in 2 months. I am willing to put in the required exercise and will track what I eat religiously on here to reach my goal.

Hope to get some extra motivation from others on the forums to get me to where I'm going!

    Hello! I used the phone app a couple of years ago for tracking and lost 30 lbs. now it's time to lose it and keep it off! I am 37 no major health issues. I do have anti phospholipid syndrome (blood clotting disorder) and take Coumadin so doc doesn't really want me to run after having a clot in my calf 10 years ago. Other than that I have to watch eating foods high in Vitamin K and no grapefruit or cranberries. I love to walk. That's how I lost it last time. This time I am adding more strength exercises as well. I have started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and will work in some other workouts so I don't burn out. My New Years resolution was 100 straight days of exercise so the by product should be weight loss if I start working on diet as well! Good luck to everyone with your New Years resolutions!
