I'm feeling the same way and would love some tips on how to detox my body for a few days.0

Your body through it's various functions know how to detoxify itself. That is the primary function of the liver. What you are describing, bloat and water weight gain, is the result of too much sodium and likely too many simple carbs. Eat right and adequately hydrate for a few days and you will be back to normal.0

Lots of water or tea. Rehydrate yourself, and it will help your body clean itself up.0

Lots of water, fruit and veggies, lean protein, good fats end good carbs...In other words, just stop eating junk and stick to healthy whole foods and water.....Your body will do the rest...0

Drink plenty of water to flush the extra sodium out of your system and just get back to eating like you normally do nothing needs to be done beyond that... Your body is designed to detox itself and will do so..... Best of Luck...0

Move your body, drink water, lots of nutrient-rich healthy food.
Your body will take care of the rest if you give it the tools it needs to do the job.
I'm in the same boat0 -

A major detox sounds majorly dumb. Just get back to being healthy and drink lots of water.0

If I am all salted from eating poorly,m I typically try to push myself towards potassium rich foods. It feels like it balances me out, and unless you are eating healthy it is hard to get enough potassium.
Try squash, cucumber, or grapefruit.0
