My intro

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to MFP and still finding my way around. I'm 35, married, SAHM and I think I've finally found something that I can stick with, I LOVE MFP so far! I've got quite a bit to lose in the long run but I'm feeling really motivated. I'm specifically looking for friends here who can offer support on remaining active with a knee injury (so my exercise is moderate at best for now). I do believe in HAES so while I want to lose weight, I'm doing it to feel better and to just live a more active life. For instance, my husband and I have always wanted to try mountain biking but at my weight and the state of my muscles, I can barely keep a bike upright on flat surfaces! I will be focused on losing pounds but I don't think it's necessary for every person to lose weight in order to be healthy!
Wishing I had a real workout partner but it's hard to find, isn't it?
