tips on how to lose the last 10 pounds?

hi guys and girls!

so i have about 11 pounds to lose and am wondering can i still lose 1 pound per week, or what should i expect?

i have lost 61 pounds so far, and i would love to lose the last 11 by the end of April, is this realistic?

any tips on how to keep my motivation going and stay on track and get to my goal soon

    Wow! Great job so far! I'd say just keep doing what you are doing, and don't worry about when it comes off. It'd be great if it all came off as easy as it went on...:) Good luck, and take pride in where you've come from and relax and let the rest come as a result of your new lifestyle...:)

    If you kept going at 1 lb lost every week between now and the end of April, you'd lose 9 of those 11 lbs. Exercise more and eat some (not all) of your exercise calories to create a little larger calorie deficit and you should be able to lose the extra 2 lbs as well. Your end goal is definitely within reach. I think just knowing it is definitely doable should be a good motivater! :flowerforyou:

    And then it will be maintenance mode, woohoo!! :drinker:
