Recipes?
I've asked question "is there a place where people post recipes they have put in?" answer has been no. Yet when I entered a recipe for myself, it asked at the bottom "do you want to add to MFP recipe data base" where and what is that? it sounds like a data base we can go to and get other peoples recipes. Help I am confused.... :ohwell:

If you say yes to adding it to the database, you have to add in the cooking instructions as well.
I just keep my own recipes to myself. I also use a lot of recipes from places like skinnytaste.com and emilybites.com. For those, the nutrition info is already in the regular database, so you don't have to enter those recipes in again.
If I make adjustments to some of those recipes, I go ahead and add them into MY recipes, I just don't share them.

I also have learned to substitute lo cal / lo fat ingred. most recipes. I was hoping for some new recipes that I could click & save...

I have a bookcase JUST for cookbooks, plus two file boxes full of recipes that I have printed out. I really should organize those one day.0
