It is 20 degrees outside but I don't understand why I get the chills 45 minutes after running. I am in my house by then and temperature us set at 70. I shouldn't be freezing...should I?

I have this problem in the winter too - when I get back home I stretch then get in a hot shower asap. After that I sit on the couch covered in blankets while I eat breakfast. By the time I'm heading to work I'm usually ok.0
