bad week

i always go to the gym sunday morning and then weigh myself, and today i found out i gained 1.5 pounds. i knew i would too tho, i had a really bad week and i was sick and upset and barely went to the gym or watched what i ate. the good thing is that this week i have no classes so i'll be able to go to the gym everyday and i'm hoping that i can watch what i ate so well and lose two pounds by next sunday.
it was such a let down though to see the scale go up and not down. :ohwell: but i'm sure i'll do better this week

Don't worry, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I love how positive you are about this week. You're right, you will do better! And you'll get results to prove it. Happy Sunday!!0

This is a new week and hopefully you are feeling better now and can get back on track. I think we can all honestly say that we have all been through this...it is part of the deal....I wish you the best!

So sorry to hear about your bad week but what Zenmama says is true, we've all had them so don't feel alone. I still have them from time to time. Just think of the next day as a new start.0

It'll get better. You have the drive this week to make sure that you won't let the scale go back up, and that is all that it takes.0
