I hear Eat More Protein to stay full, but this calculation of what I should be eating limits me to 58.... I'm over by 14 points today (including my lunch) and was over by 68 yesterday.

MFP protein goals (not limits) are pretty low
You can change your goal higher or just ignore when you go over0 -
You can change your settings under custom goals - the MFP defualts are on the low side for protein.0

Search some old posts as I recall seeing a number of them with people offering advice on what % of protein they're recommend - eg: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/831430-protein?hl=%+of+protein#posts-12530579 <<< some decent views0

Change your default to 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fats. Then, you can be like me and be frustrated everyday because you never hit it. :grumble:0

I didnt know I could customize!
Yay Now its not so stressful to look at. I did what you mentioned "Used to be" and did 40/30/30. I mainly look at calories but seeing a bright red number is disheartening. Though I should pay attention to those too.
