I've been trying to get as close to my calorie goal as possible recently, but I had 122 left after I planned my day and entered my exercise. I couldn't think of what to have, if I should add something else at dinner, or a different snack. But what I usually have as a snack would be too many calories. Then I remembered I bought some Triscuits. I looked, and they were reduced fat, so I checked the nutritional info, and 7 crackers (1 serving) were 120 cals! Looks like I'll be good for the day:)

How about a glass of milk - or by favorite chocolate milk.0

Yes Triscuits are great and aren't they a whole wheat product too? Wish they made the garlic flavored ones in reduced fat also. Thanks for the idea:):)0
