    I love "I remember telling people not to congratulate me until I keep it off for 1 year." That's brilliant. After dropping 100 pounds (and getting the compliments along the way) a lot of negativity entered my life and I unfortunately put 40 of it on again. Now I'm back on track mentally and ready to go the rest of the way. I will use this immediately with all of my friends. That will make a HUGE difference for me, believe it or not.
