Traveling Suggestions

I am at a conference next week. I am use to eating 5 small meals a day but won't be able to do this during the days I am at conference. I am thinking I could maybe substitute protein bars for my missed meals (mid morning, mid afternoon). Anyone do this? Anyone have good suggestions on quality bars or snacks? I find a lot of the bars are super high in calories. I also cannot eat peanuts. I can eat peanut butter, but my body does not digest whole peanuts too well. TIA
