I want to add lifting weights to my routine each week, but I don't know where to start? I'm, 5'9", 194.8#, and I eat about 1600 cals per day.

Start with New Rules for Lifting for Women, I've heard good things. I'd also youtube exercises like deadlifts, squats and barbell rows, to get an idea of the form. All 3 are great compound full body exercises.0
