Hi all, I've been on here for a while, but have started boot camp today. Any advice on how to record this as exercise? Circuit training? Each exercise individually? Sorry to ask, but someone out here must be able to guide me.:flowerforyou:

    I think I would do it as circuit training and then would make little notes for myself on the bottom of the exercise page about what I did specifically (or if there's something specific you want to keep track of). You could also take a look at the calisthenics option, and compare the calories burned on the two.
