Hi, I'm new to My Fitness Pal. I was thinking about starting my own food journal the old school way, but this seems so much better. Hoping I can shed these pounds and stop feeling so bad about myself and enjoy shopping and life in general more than I have been the past few years!

I'm 5'1" and weigh 120 lbs and hoping to lose at least 10 pounds, if not more....and then to actually keep it off!!

I also want to start eating healthier and would like my husband and kids to as well. And since I buy the groceries, where to better to start than with me?
