Hello! My name is Christa, I'm 24 and four months ago I had my first child. I joined MFP while pregnant, and used it to maintain my health and to control my weight. I was successful and am looking forward to getting back into the groove of things. I am looking for active MFP members who can motivate, and I can motivate, to reach goals.
Diet: Low-cal and high-protein meals. 1620 calories a day.
Exercise: Beginners yoga, planks/platforms, wall sits, etc. (I have a sliding hiatal hernia.) 5x a week
Goal: 45-50 pounds by August.
Let's get motivated and inspired to get healthy and fit!
