Hey people,
first time posting my own thread, so bare with me!
Right, ive been doing WW now for 2 years and have lost pretty much 5 stone... (70lbs) got about another 7lb to go to reach my initial goal. I'm getting married at the end of May so will no doubt lose a bit more after the goal, to accomodate for honeymoon and what not. Am not losing weight as a bridal diet before anyone thinks that! I am not into fitness at all, can't afford a gym membership, don't have any interest in running....
However, I have always had quite chunky 'thunder' thighs, inner and outer and a squishy cellulitey bum... looking at the bottom half of me you would not think it was attached to a 24 year old. I know my stomach is as a result of weight loss, which is fine, but my legs just won't change. Considering the amount of weight I've lost, my legs just won't change.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can go about resolving this?
I have tried the 30 DS, that was alright but nothing special, am tempted to go and do it again but not sure how useful it was for me...
any tips would be most appreciated. Thanks, Lou xx
