New Friends Welcome!

Hi All! I joined MFP a few weeks ago, but haven't really invested a whole lot into it yet. It could be because I am at a loss for what I'm supposed to do here, or I could just chalk it up to one of my many excuses! As much as I want to set a goal to lose 45 lbs, I am going to start with a realistic 15 and see where that gets me. Set a goal, meet a goal will be my mantra! I am ready to share in my struggles and triumphs and would love to find mutual motivation with new friends who are on the same path to health and fitness. I need all the help I can get!
