So i have recently quit smoking, have started eating better and began exercising again and i just dont know how long my drive will last. As of right now i am feeling pretty motivated but i have done this before where i will start then it just kind of fades away and i stop all together. What can i do to help if anything. Has anyone else conquered smoking. I am finding that exercise helps me to not want to smoke and the healthy food makes me feel really good while i am quitting. Now if i can just keep exercising for the next while to get into it would be great.
