HELP!

I am just under my calorie limit for today and I want to go raid the cupboards for anything sweet, gooey or chocolaty ,,, please can someone give me some ideas as to how I occupy or distract myself for the next couple of hours??!

    go on a walk, drink lots of water, eat some veggies to hold you over (carrots, celery, peppers, etc)....good luck.
