Hello everyone!

Hello everyone I'm a newbie to this forum. I have had the myfitness pal app on my phone for months but I've never given it a proper go. I had some success at the start of last year with the biggest loser but to be honest I've put most of it back on!
I have 1 and a half stone to lose and I'm going to try my best this time. Hopefully everyone on here will have some great advice and tips :)
