2013 Will Be a Great Year

This is the year to get into fitness as a life long lifestyle. Looking for workout and fitness minded friends.

My plan is to go with the Green Monster Smoothie for Breakfast, limit sugar, flour, alcohol. Exercise a minimum of 5 times per week for an hour.

Please add me if your are highly motivated to make this the year....
