So I would like to make chili tonight, and usually I use 1 can or red beans in chili sauce, 1 can of reducced sodium black beans, and 1 can of reduced sodium dark red kidney beans, along with 1 8oz can of tomato sauce, and a 6oz can of tomato paste.
With all these ingredients I dont know how to track it into mfp, or figure out how many calories a cup of chili once I'm all done would be. Does anyone know how to enter in my own chili?
Thanks.

I like to use www.sparkrecipe.com You can put in all the ingredients and then you put in how many it serves and if figures out the nutrition facts per serving whatever size that may be! I also have MasterCook Deluxe which does the same thing. sparkrecipe.com is free tho and handy right now!
Good luck and yay for chili!0 -
There are recipe analyzers around where you can enter your ingredients and it will get the nutrition info for your meal. I use this one: http://www.dietitians.ca/public/content/eat_well_live_well/english/recipeanalyzer/recipeanalyzer.asp
There are others if you don't like this one; just google! :drinker:0 -
Oh thankyou! Both of these helped alot!0
