calories question

so i have just had a yoghurt and went to log it on mfp but when looked at it it said "each pot contains no more than 145 calories" so does that 145 calories a pot or how do i find out? im so confused

It would be such a small difference that it doesn't really matter. My guess is the amount of fruit in your yogurt will vary from dish to dish and be only a few calories. I would just go by the 145 and not worry about 5-15 calories that you could be off.0
