Have you ever had a moment where you just said "Eff it?"

And you totally lost it and started eating really badly? It happens to me quite often. Usually it's when my boyfriend pisses me off.

What do you do to control yourself in situations like that?

Yes, I am an emotional eater.

    I picture myself in sexy lingerie telling him no... Usually inspires me enough to skip the treats and go for a walk.

    Any time I get angry or frustrated and want to eat, I try to channel that into exercise of some sort. Cleaning quickly, walking, boxing. Works off the emotion without adding the weight.

    yep. I just enjoy it and get back on track the next day. Just make sure one day doesn't turn into two
