Stomach sound like an angry bear...

So my new years resolution to get healthy and in shape is on...my biggest struggle (aside from having a husband and 4 year old who can eat nything) is that I generally would not eat breakfast or lunch ad would only eat dinner most days. In an effort to help my metabolism, I am trying to eat regular meals and snacks. Now I am hungry ALL day and my stomach will not stop growling. Is this normal and will it stop???
