Hello!

I'm about to go hit the elliptical..and it is hard!! I am going for 30 minutes, trying to keep my pace up, and the last 10 minutes usually kill me...!!

Soo ..what to do? I started working out in my sports bra with no shirt!! (what?) To get motivation when I start thinking how much it hurts, or how tired I am, or how much I want to stop..I look down...yep..and see my belly..just bouncing around..

and I realize..if I EVER want that belly to go 'poooof'..I have to keep going!!! I can't stop...20 minutes is good and all, but it's not great!!

Just thought I would share :). Not sure why I'm sharing..but I am!!

What motivates you in the last 10 or so minutes of exercising when you want to just give up? :)

I literally start chanting 'thin thin thin" to my strides, good job I work out from home really, I seem to get louder the more tired I get in the last few minutes lol.

I love the working out with no top on idea, I may give that a go! lol

That is Brave! and fantastic, well done!

I find that when my muscles tire and I want to give up, I give the tired muscle a slap and say "come on fat *kitten*" out loud... people on the machines nex to me thought I was talking to them a few times... oops!!
