Agh! I really took a wrong turn somewhere!
Weighed in after the holidays and am officially back at sq 1. I feel so bummed and overwhelmed. I am basically at the same weight I was at when I joined mfp a year and a half ago.
Ugh. Gotta turn this around ASAP!

Good luck! At least you know you need to make a change. That's the key to success! You can do it!!
Between 2001 and 2004 I lost about 50 pounds. I became a runner and ran several marathons in 2007 and 2008. I have maintained my weight all that time, but the last 6 months have been very stressful and I have let my weight creep up by 10 pounds. I am scared to death of ending up where I was before, so I am trying to get serious again and get back to the lifestyle I used to lead.0 -
Haha I'm in exactly the same boat! Damn Christmas and New Years.
But now it's all over, back to working your *kitten* off. You can do it, believe in yourself and good things will happen!0
