Protein, Protein, Protein

I've been anemic (iron deficient) since I can remember, and getting enough protein has also always been a problem of mine. I tend to gravitate toward carbs. Apart from red meat, which seems like an obvious source of protein, are there any other foods (snack foods as well as main courses) any of you might recommend?

    I aim for 120-160g daily...

Eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, string cheese, canned tuna, chicken breast, bacon-wrapped tenderloin, deli meats, beans, nuts and protein bars/powder to supplement.

    Peanut butter!
cottage cheese, protein bars and powders that make great smoothies, fage yogurt, almonds, good ol' chicken, tuna or salmon...
Peanut butter has to be my fave way of grabbing some quick, filling protein and calories on the go.
