No SillyStephie, it's not very good. Just work out and eat right.

    It probably doesn't.

A calorie deficit produces weight loss. That's all you need.

The above is quoted for truth.

there aren't any miracle products... or anything that magically boosts weight loss / metabolism. Nothing lasting or healthy. It's hard work, determination, and patience. Don't buy into anything that makes promises like that and you'll be fine.

Count your calories, eat at a deficit, work out if you have time, and just wait. Diet and exercise is ALL anyone needs.

Take a bunch of green coffee beans, roast them, grind them, and have a good cup of coffee while you laugh at all of the other miracle fixits that will pop up on the forum in the coming days.

Food for thought: Products categorized as "dietary supplements" are not regulated by the FDA, and many of these products are found to contain less of the purported active ingredient than they promise, if they include it at all. Some also contain dangerous ingredients, but the FDA has no authority to pull them off the shelf.

If green coffee bean extract works at all, it's because it contains caffeine, which is a known appetite suppressant, except in the people for whom it has the opposite effect.
  • Thank you everyone. I read it could help metabolism with no caffeine and was natural. Wanted to hear honest answers.

I also have a piece of anti-tiger stone in my front yard. It's natural, and I've never seen a tiger. It's yours for the right price.

There are plenty of products that will blow smoke up your curtains. Ignore them. Count your calories, eat at a deficit, lose weight. Everything else is a bonus. Eating better and exercising will leave you better off in the long term.

    good luck with it.
