Hi! I'm ready to incorporate exercise into a daily routine. I'm on my feet most of the day, but I do not use my time wisely and am not crazy about going to the gym after work. I like to come home and have a glass of wine, and then my motivation just goes out the window! I want to starting walking just to enjoy the fresh air. Any advice and encouragement would be greatly appreciated! I look forward to this new journey!

Start small and find something that you'll enjoy, thats reallllly important cause if you don't like it than you won't do it... change it up too... and have fun! Good luck!
