The last few lbs....

Hi all!
Anyone got any tips for those last few lbs? As I'm getting closer to my target, I'm finding it hard to shift.
I stick to 1200 cals and am usually spot on or slightly under, with the occasional day over, but never wildly over!
I had decent losses for 3 weeks, but last week I gained 1lb (due to an attack of the monthlies. I think, as my food was quite good, although exercise not great!)
I drink plenty of water, herbal teas and no booze. I know I should exercise more frequently/regularly/harder too!
Would be interested to hear advice
