Need Help

The same thing always happens to me. I get into something and I put my all into whatever that is whether its going to the gym or eating healthy. But I start to lose steam because I feel very alone in what Im doing and I can never find anyone who is willing to do it with me. The only thing that I was ever able to stick with was swimming which I was doing every day, two hours a day. But due to a shoulder injury, I am no longer allowed to swim. It really bums me out because before this injury, I was happy with my body and the way I looked and I was confident. But since then, I have gained some unwanted pounds and now I am embarrassed when I go out. I could just really use a good support team that will help keep me going and I am totally up for helping other people keep going too. Thanks guys :)
