I found this site for women where you can search a height and a weight and they show pictures of women that are that height and weight.

Really helpful if you are looking for motivation, i was able to see different weights of people my height and figure out what I want my goal weight to be based on other people's pictures.

i liked it because it's so hard to figure out a good goal weight when you've always been overweight, and it gives me a good idea of what kind of results i can expect every ten pounds. even though everyone is different and weighing more doesn't always mean you are fatter, but this site shows good examples of that too that you can weigh 140 and look bigger than someone that weighs 160 because of how muscle is heavier than fat. further proof to measure inches instead of pounds
