Soy Sauce!!

ZOMG!!! I just started this week on the site, tracking my foods...I added a couple splashes of soy sauce to some rice today and added it to my food diary. HOLY COW... it blew up my daily sodium! It was too late.... already on the rice... LOL.. now i know :)

    I always stick with the low sodium kind :)

    Some ingredients are like that--you're only using a small amount, and next thing you know, the calorie count/sodium/whatnot is sky-high. :sad:

    :flowerforyou: There is lighter soy sauce, and some without sodium.
