Take peanuts and mash until desired level of smoothness. Calories = peanut calories. Small hand blender works wonders. For a change of pace, try using different nuts.
Smucker's all natural peanut butter (low sodium kind) is also a good choice.0 -
I just roast my peanuts, then throw them in a food processor.
