This is my 3rd day back at trying to lose some weight. I am not starving myself but my calorie intake is much less then it has been for some time. I have started walking a mile a day to start out. I am having a burning in my stomach. Almost like a ulcer. I have never had this with any diet before. Any idea what it could be?

That's good I think you one the right path. I hope you keep going. as for the burning, Maybe your stomach is trying to say "feed me". But I'm not a doctor. Maybe you should ask your doctor.0

I used to get this when I was stressed. It would would get worse when I worked out and ate. My doctors said it was acid reflux, but I really don't think it was (it wasnt triggered by certain foods...it was triggered by all foods, and also stayed just in my stomach area ,didn't make me feel nauseous, etc) and now it doesn't happen anymore...but it will happen when finals come up; guarantee it. They even thought it was an ulcer at a point in time.
It could be your body adjusting, maybe?
Take some prilosec(spelling?) before you eat and see if that helps.0
