Anybody know the formula for counting calories on paper ?

Like, for example let us say there is 375 calories in 100 gram of a food, how do you calculate it if its 36 gram?

375 *36/1000

Just work out how many there are in 1g and multiply up.... 375/100 = 3.75 (just move the decimal place if you are dealing with 10s, 100s, 1000s, etc) and then multiply the result by the number of grams you want (3.75x36=135 cals).0
