C25K - can I also walk stairs???

Can I walk the stairs on my off days? Or is that not allowing my body to recover?

    see how you feel when you walk stairs. If it's ok, then it's ok! but I wouldn't do it every day. rest is important.

    I woke up with burning thighs...when I walk or lay down. But going up and down the stairs at home feels fine.

    I'll take some shoes just in case I feel up to it later. I want to stay on track with c25k, not sure if this will mess me up.

    Stairs are awesome! I have trained so much on stairs that I get annoyed if I have to walk instead of jog up them. (like if someone is in front of me)
