cutting back!

im new to this thing, ive been working out 4 3 days trying to shed some pounds, but its really hard 4 me cause im not used to dieting, i have no idea wat types of food o eat i know it is supposed 2 be healthy and cut down calories but what type of food.:huh: ,and i need to lose the weight fast. some times it makesme feel sick:sick:
