Hello.

I have the sportline SX universal ECG combo heart rate monitor, and I don't really trust it anymore after it telling me I burned upwards of 550 calories for level 1 of ripped in 30.

How do you know if your HRM is accurate? I'm about to return it for a polar FT4, so I just want opinions first. I'll be testing out the Polar to see how much the difference is between the two.

And, which do you find better/more accurate : Polar Ft4, Polar FT40, or Polar RS100? Thanks!

I've just got the Polar FT7 and I love it. It told me I burned 150 cals on level 4 of ripped in 30 this morning.

I have the FT4 and I think all the Polar products are good, it just depends on how much detail you want.

I use a Polar FT7, and I love it! I had a Sportline watch, it's junk, throw it away.
