Hi,

I'm back on board for the new year and have do a work out DVD by Jillian Michaels called the 30 Day Shred (well I'm doing Ripped in 30 this time round) - it's an intense 3-2-1 workout that is done in under 30 mins, and trust me, for me results come a lot faster than any gym workout.

My only trouble is, breaking down the work out to incorporate the calories burned into my daily exercise points.... is there anyone doing this dvd and if so is there a quick fix for point tracking?
