Map My App - Usability Questions

I use map my fitness to gps track my distance and speed, and then I log the duration and calories in here along with my food. Hope this isn't regarded as a competing topic...

Anybody else use this app and very familiar with it? I'm trying to figure out two different things on it but can't seem to, and I'm usually really good and just figuring this stuff out through exploring the program...

1. I'm starting a couch to 5k program, and the best place near me to run is a dirt field... I'm running the same route each time. Is there a way when I start my run, to choose the course/map that I ran last time so that it'll compare times and paces?

2. I attempted to enter the current Rock Resolutions challenge... but it double entered my workouts. Anybody know how to "log" the workout that my phone already recorded into this challenge in order to be entered in the sweepstakes?
