gym routines

Hello everyone!
I joined the gym at the beginning of December and I have been going at least twice a week and I really love it One of the reasons I joined was to be able to do the classes, but mostly so I could use the weight machines to tone up. Now, I could google search gym routines, and I'm sure I would get a million results, but I would prefer to rely on my MFP community for suggestions that are tried and true.
So, does anyone have any good gym routines?
I am female 82kg, with already a lot of muscle, but just need to trim the fat and tone up. I'm mainly interested in routines which can combine fat-burning and weight training. Currently, I start out with 20 mins of stationary bike (vigorous effort) and then another 20-35 mins of elliptical/treadmill/rowing, then some random weight machines which i normally do at a reasonable weight for 3x10 reps or 4x10 reps. I finish with planks or situps, then stretching.
