    This is so encouraging. I'm just starting at 339. Feel like I'll never lose the weight. Heaviest I've ever been. Being over 50 doesn't help.

    You look amazing! How long did it take you to lose that much? I'm at 315 and want to get down to 160. It may be a little harder for me - I'm 48 yo and starting menopause. But I can do this! You are a living, breathing inspiration!
