gastric bypass help tips advice

I have lost 120 pounds following gastric bypass in 2009. 20 pounds has crept back on. I'd like to loose it again. I have read every thing I can find and have followed the tips I have found here. In so doing I have lost 9 of those pounds since Nov. I understand I don't have a lot to loose and that weight loss is going to be slow. My issue is, I don't really understand what goal I am chasing. Can someone help? I am 5'7". Female. 53. I weigh now 176 and am aiming for 165. I run 3 miles 4x week. I do a kettlebell class 3x week. I do yoga 2x week. I understand how to log my exercise using MFP and fitbit. I do not understand what calorie goal to aim for. My TDEE minus 500 is around 1762. I, therefore, initially put 1700 as my calorie goal in MFP. I have since lowered that to 1500. I try to eat back at least half of my exercise calories but really, I cannot possibly eat that much daily....even when including protein drinks.
What should my calorie goal be? Any help would be appreciated
