Hi everyone,
I joined Myfitnesspal back in 2011, but just started to be active in the community on yesterday, because I just started getting serious about my health about a month ago. I'm really excited to actually be taking action toward my goals and I'm pretty confident that it's for keeps this time.
I've struggled with my weight and wanting to be thinner all of my life, but my weight just always seems to win. But not anymore. It feels really good to be doing something positive that will change my life forever. My current weight loss goal is to lose 140lbs.
I am eager to meet others who I can encourage and who can be an encouragement on this journey to better health, so feel free to add me as a friend or message me.

My current regimen:
Typically 3 meals a day w/ 3-4 snacks in between
Cardio 3x/week - Strength Training 3x/week (alternate days)
I take Pro Clinical Hydroxycut Max for Women (the best weight loss supplement I've ever had)
Drink average of 64 ounces of water/day
Have lost 6lbs in past 3 weeks
Note: I just started this regimen this week, the past 3 weeks I have not really been watching what I eat, and I was not going to the gym everyday.
