Been on a month and would love more motivators

It seems as if I am on a stand still. I have lost 8lbs. I would like to lose about 10 more. But it seems as if I am on a stand still. I am dieting and doing the calories but my exercise is about zilch. I even bought an elliptical but after about 5minutes my legs turn mushy but I also have 3 kids so finding the time to get on it is hard. BUt I know I need to MAKE time. I bought the fitbit so that is helping me get more active I just need more. :P

    I just joined yesterday, you can add me if you like! I have 2 little ones myself.

    My exercise right now is also zilch. But I realize I need to change my eating habits before any changes really happen. I'd like to join a gym as I have done it before and enjoyed, but not sure if the cost and time is doable right now. It is something I want to reconsider after I get into better eat habits.

    I constantly make excuses to be in bed when I am home. I work so when I get home I cook for my husband and 3 kids so I am worn out or after work I need to take kids to sports stuff. My husband is in the military so he is quite busy so I making time for just the 2 of us is hard much less alone time for me. So, I have got to get the alone time to get the exercise in!
