Calories in eggs?

When searching the food database here, I notice that there are discrepancies in the number of calories in eggs. This is frustrating. What is the "best" source for finding the calories in one large egg? Thanks.

Use the brand you have and use the nutrient info on the side of the carton. It does make a differene is you use medium, large, or XL eggs. Typically, one large egg will be about 70ish calories.0

I downloaded the calorie king app for my phone. Some of the food on the mfp database is dodgy or incomplete.
I added foods with the calorie king figures just to be sure0 -
Yep- 70 is a good rough estimate. Of that, only 11 or so in the white. The rest in the yolk.0

If you buy them at a store, it's on the box. Otherwise ^^ 70-80 cals, 5g Fat, 6g Protein.0
